Rental Terms
Add state & local taxes (17.962%), cleaning fee and $39 damage waiver. Fresh linens are provided; change of linens available for a fee.
Minimum Stay:
• Holidays (Dec 15 – Jan 5): 7 nights
• Peak Season (Jan 6 – Apr 15 and Jun 15 – Aug 15): 5 nights
• Regular Season (rest of the year): 3 nights
Check-In: 3:00 pm. Check-Out: 10:00 am.
Deposit: 3 nights at daily rate. Balance including tax and cleaning fee due 30 days before check-in. Payment by cash, personal check, VISA or MasterCard.
Refunds: Refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in less $50 cancellation fee. Click HERE for full refund policies.
