Rental Terms
Add state & local taxes (17.962%, changing to 18.712% on 1/1/2026), cleaning fee and $39 damage waiver. Fresh linens are provided; change of linens available for a fee.
Minimum Stay: 5 nights
Check-In: 3:00 pm. Check-Out: 10:00 am.
Deposit: 3 nights at daily rate. Balance including tax and cleaning fee due 45 days before check-in. Payment by cash, personal check, VISA or MasterCard.
Refunds: Refundable up to 45 days prior to check-in less $50 cancellation fee. Click HERE for full refund policies.
